FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Explore New Heights with IACC’s 19th Annual Strategic Management Conference

(MINNEAPOLIS, April 27)—Commercial collectors will see their business reach new heights this summer as the International Association of Commercial Collectors (IACC) holds its annual Strategic Management Conference in Chicago, July 25 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

During the daylong conference agency owners, CEOs, attorneys and other executive-level professionals in the commercial collection field will learn from each other’s victories and missteps. In addition to networking opportunities, attendees will take in educational sessions on topics imperative to the commercial collection business.

Agenda highlights of this year’s conference include:

  • Quality Assurance: Maintaining Client Relationships. Many commercial collection professionals have been to educational sessions focused on finding new business, but what about maintaining positive relationships with existing clients? In this session, Tina Hanson from State Collection Service Inc., Madison, Wis. will provide existing client “sales and marketing” tips for healthy agency-client communication and a working relationship that will be profitable for both parties.
  • Driving Sales Strategically Through Relationship Marketing and Loyalty Building Programs: Learn how to transform existing and prospective customers into loyal fans through the Value-Driven Loyalty Building model. While selling to existing customers is the most cost-effective way to increase sales and profits, developing new relationships is the life blood of any company wishing to grow. Every step of the advertising, marketing and selling process, from initial awareness of your service to repeat purchase, will be covered.
  • Secure Your Office Documents: Virtual Storage and Document Imaging Solutions. Collection operations of all shapes and sizes, including law firms, share common concerns relative to securing sensitive documents. This session will provide insight to many varying solutions for Virtual Document Storage, On-Site Media Storage, On- and Off-site Document Imaging and Effective Document Destruction.
  • Employee Compensation and Motivation and Best Ideas. Roundtable discussions are a longstanding tradition at the Strategic Management Conference. Many members not only enjoy this format but also take a great deal of information away from this type of session. This will be an opportunity to discuss the burning issues in the industry with your commercial collection colleagues. The roundtable provides the perfect environment to network with some of the industry’s top professionals.

In addition to the educational sessions, attendees will have plenty of networking opportunities to reconnect with friends and meet industry leaders, including the opening night of events for ACA International’s Annual Convention, held at the same location.

Early registration discounts are available until June 18. Discounted registration rates begin at $325 for IACC members and $495 for nonmembers. To download the registration form online, visit the IACC Web site at http://www.commercialcollector.com.
