Tentative Session Overview:
International Collections: The Real Deal
Have you heard this topic many times before, but are still asking, what’s in it for me as an owner to be involved in international collections? Hear this panel of speakers share an in depth and real take on international collections as they tell their stories and knowledge on how to get started, the markets they work in and how they operate including forwarding, rates and communication. If you aren’t involved in international collections now, this session will motivate you to pursue that option.

This is Your Association: Benefits, Services, Etc.
You’ve become a member of IACC and now what? Or, perhaps you’ve been a long time member and have forgotten some of the benefits and services IACC provides. During this session, the panel of speakers will remind attendees what this association has to offer. This will also be an opportune time to ask the questions about IACC you have, but never wanted to ask. Discussion and feedback will be welcomed.

Legislative Action Update
Keeping informed of the latest legislative actions is always important, but even more so today as a small offense could mean money and a loss of money could mean your business. Attend this session to hear the latest legislation affecting the commercial collection world and what it means for your business.

Cost Savings for Your Business
Trying to save money by reducing costs for your business and think you’ve tried everything? Are you still looking to save more? This session will help to give you ideas of how to save money for your business that perhaps you haven’t yet thought of. Learn some creative cost saving techniques using technology, shared services and more.

Hot Topics in the Commercial Collection Industry
The ever-popular roundtable discussions are back! This will be an opportunity for you to discuss hot topics in the industry with your commercial collection colleagues. This roundtable discussion will provide the perfect environment to network with some of the industry’s top professionals and take away a great deal of information.

Keynote Speaker: Tapping the Positive Power of Criticism
Start the New Year off on a productive note by revisiting a very familiar, yet highly unpopular topic - that of criticism. When you effectively tap into the positive power inherent in criticism, you strengthen trust and respect in your customer and employee relationships, influence others and achieve consistent results. Presented by Dr. Deborah Bright, founder and president of Bright Enterprises, Inc., a consulting firm whose sole mission is the design of human technologies for enhanced performance, best-selling author and former springboard Olympic competitor, this is a must-attend session!
