WANDA BORGES, ESQ. is the principal member of Borges & Associates, LLC, a law firm based in Syosset, New York. For more than thirty years, Ms. Borges has concentrated her practice on commercial litigation and creditors’ rights in bankruptcy matters, representing corporate clients and creditors’ committees throughout the United States in Chapter 11 proceedings, out of court settlements, commercial transactions and preference litigation. She is a member and Past President of the Commercial Law League of America and has been an Attorney Member of its National Board of Governors, a Past Chair of the Bankruptcy Section and a past member of the executive council of its Eastern Region. She is an associate member of the International Association of Commercial Collectors, a member of the American Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Hispanic National Bar Association, the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation and the Turnaround Management Association. She is a nationally recognized lecturer and author on various legal topics including the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act, the Uniform Commercial Code, ECOA, FCRA, antitrust law, and the Red Flags Rule of the FTC. Ms. Borges has authored, edited and contributed to numerous publications including Thomson West’s Enforcing Judgments and Collecting Debts in New York, NAB’s book Out of the Red and into the Black, the BCCA’s Credit & Collection Handbook, The Financial Manager, the CLLA Commercial Law Journal, Bulletin, Debt 3 and Bankruptcy Section newsletters, including her treatise “Hidden Liens, Who is Entitled to What?” and NACM’s Antitrust, Restraint of Trade and Unfair Competition: Myth Versus Reality, Manual of Credit and Collection Laws and its Principles of Business Credit. She has co-authored The Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 – An Overhaul of U.S. Bankruptcy Law, also published by the NACM. In November, 2010, Ms. Borges received the “Robert E. Caine Award for Leadership” from the Commercial Law League of America. . In 2011 and 2012, Ms. Borges was selected for inclusion in the New York Super Lawyers – Metro Edition list (Bankruptcy & Creditor/Debtor Rights)

As the President & CEO, Greg oversees the daily operation of Caine & Weiner's national network of full service, state-of-the-art collection centers. With 30 years of experience in corporate administration, alliance partnerships, customer service, business development and vendor relations he is an industry veteran. His expertise is frequently sought out and he is often quoted in industry publications. Caine & Weiner's sales and revenue have increased through his innovative leadership and acquisition of cutting edge technology.

Randy Frazee, CEO of BARR Credit Services, has over 23 years’ experience in the commercial collections industry. HE began in 1998 in the family room of his home. Over the last eight years Randy has acquired six agencies and has grown to 75 employees, servicing clients worldwide. They have earned a reputation for honesty, integrity, and professionalism, recognizing that client confidence is invaluable. A true spirit of "family" embodies the culture of BARR.

Born on Christmas Day, 1964 and raised in a violent ghetto environment in Kingston, Jamaica, the greatest gift Devon Harris ever received was the belief that a positive attitude and a never say die philosophy would carry him farther than a sense of injustice and a heart filled with anger.

A graduate of the prestigious Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in England, Devon received a Queen’s Commission in December 1985 and served in the officer corps of the Jamaica Defence Force until December 1992 when he retired as a Captain.

At the heart of Devon’s message are the lessons he has learned of the power of persistence over all sorts of obstacles in order to live one's best life. His mission is to bring this message of how everyone can keep on pushing and working for their dreams every day of their professional as well as personal lives.

Encouraged by his commanding officer, Devon tried out for and was selected to the first Jamaican bobsled team which competed in the 1988 Olympic Games in Calgary, Canada. Their exploits inspired the Disney blockbuster movie Cool Runnings. Devon also competed in and was captain of the 1992 Winter Olympic Games in Albertville, France and the 1998 Games in Nagano, Japan.

The Keep On Pushing Foundation which he founded in 2006 aims to support and enhance the education of kids in disadvantaged communities around the globe by providing practical solutions to the challenges that are preventing them from getting educated.

Devon also works with Right to Play as an athlete ambassador, supporting Right to Play’s efforts in using sports and play in refugee camps around the world to enhance child development and build community capacity.

During the 2018 Olympic Games in PyeongChang, Devon was honored by the World Olympian Association and inducted as an Olympian For Life in recognition of the significant contribution he has made to society.

As an ex-serviceman, Devon understands the commitment, sense of duty and sacrifices made by those who volunteer to serve. As a private citizen he is cognizant of the fact that the freedoms he enjoys are paid for by the courage and sacrifice of these men and women. As a result he has also devoted time to visit the troops serving in the Persian Gulf.

He is the author of the motivational children’s book, Yes, I Can! and the semi-autobiographical motivational book Keep On Pushing: Hot Lesson From Cool Runnings.

Robert Ingold, a member of the IACC Board of Directors, is currently president and CEO of Commercial Collection Corp of NY Inc., where he's been employed since 1979. The agency has been in business since 1962, involved predominantly in the commercial collection market. Robert recently received the Bob Caine Leadership award through the Commercial Law League of America. He is a frequent speaker on collection and credit trends throughout the country.

Shannon Lane has over 20 years of experience in information services, including healthcare IT, e-commerce data extrapolation, network administration, database administration, and external audit work. Lane now serves as an Information Security Auditor at KirkpatrickPrice, represents KirkpatrickPrice on the 2018 HITRUST CSF Assessor Council, and holds CISSP, CISA, QSA, MSDBA, and CCSFP certifications.

Phil Lattanzio is the Executive Vice-President of Commercial Law League of America and the President and Chief Operating Officer of Tollview Management Group, an association management company.

In addition to managing CLLA, Lattanzio manages the largest affiliate within the National Association of Credit Management, NACM/Chicago-Midwest.

Lattanzio began his career in 1987 after earning his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Bradley University in Peoria, IL. After working several years as a Corporate Credit Manager and member of the Board of Directors of NACM/Chicago-Midwest, Lattanzio joined the staff at NACM/Chicago-Midwest in 1999. He started Tollview Management Group in 2018.

He is an active member of American Society of Association Executives and the Association Forum of Chicago.

Mark Neeb is ACA International’s chief executive officer. He has nearly 40 years of corporate strategy experience, including 28 years specifically working in the credit and collection industry.

Throughout his career, Neeb has been very active in the collection industry. He chaired several ACA committees, including the ACA Healthcare Debt Sales & Collection Services Task Force, which developed guidelines for collection agencies and healthcare facilities on best practices on the sale and collection of healthcare debt. He served as 2011/12 ACA president, and has held all leadership positions on the Minnesota Collectors Association board.

Neeb has won multiple association awards, including the James K. Erickson Continuous Service Award and Warren Siem Award, and earned three ACA professional development designations: the Fellow and Scholar designations and the International Fellowship of Credit and Collection Executives.

Neeb received his B.A in accounting from St. Cloud State University and his MBA in management from the University of St. Thomas.

Kevin E. Posen graduated from Loyola University of Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1983. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1990 from The John Marshall Law School of Chicago. He was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in 1990 and subsequently to the Federal Trial Bar, United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois in 1991, the Central District in 2011 and Southern District in 2015. He is the President and Managing Partner of the law firm of Teller Levit & Silvertrust, P.C. in Chicago, Illinois, which is one of the oldest and most respected commercial collection law firms in the country. He practices in the areas of Business Litigation involving insurance premium collection, transportation, construction and claims governed by the Uniform Commercial Code; Commercial Collection Litigation; Creditors' Rights; Commercial Landlord Representation on Breach of Lease and Eviction cases; and Post-Judgment Collection.

Mr. Posen has been a speaker and panel member, sharing his expertise in the following programs: Innovative Techniques in Post Judgment Execution, CCAofA Fall 2015 Conference; You have a judgment. Kevin E. Jan Stieger, CAE, a 30-year veteran of association management, serves as Executive Director of Receivables Management Association International (RMAI), the trade association representing 550 member organizations in the accounts receivables industry. Jan brings a wealth of experience in financial services, strategic planning, regulatory and legislative issues, international affairs, and credit and risk management. In 2018 and again in 2019, Jan was recognized as one of the 25 most influential women in the accounts receivables management industry.

Prior to joining RMA in 2011, Jan spent nine years leading the California Association of Collectors (CAC), the state affiliate of ACA International. She previously served in leadership roles with the California Optometric Association and the California Pharmacists Association.

Elizabeth C. “Liz” Terry is Executive Director of National Creditors Bar Association (NCBA). As a business development and relationship management strategist, she has a decade-plus record of igniting and sustaining lucrative partnerships with C-level executives at Fortune 1000 firms, global foundations and financial institutions.

Liz most recently served as Vice President of Business Practices & Member Engagement at the Investment Advisor Association (IAA). As a key member of the four-person senior executive management team and heading up both the membership and events teams, she achieved over 90% retention and over 90% engagement of IAA’s 650+ member firms. Additionally, she developed and launched member programming geared toward engaging and bringing together C-Suite executives for strategic business networking, learning and discussion. Annually, her programs engaged hundreds of C-Suite executives across 9 different cities in business-critical topics ranging from strategic planning, risk analysis & compliance, fee compression, M&A, succession planning, to hiring and retaining talent.

Tony began his career in the collection industry in 1986. He co-founded CRF Solutions in 1991 and has been president of the company since 2005. He has helped build the company into a leading provider of accounts receivable services to the commercial credit industry. He has served on the Board of Directors of the IACC since 2016 and was named president in January 2019.

Gary is the Publisher of The Forwarders List of Attorneys (FLA), a leading directory of law firms specializing in Creditors’ Rights Law. He oversees the daily operations of FLA. Gary has served in numerous leadership roles and been on dozens of committees to help organizations throughout the collection industry. Gary is a frequent speaker at conferences on topics ranging from business development to customer service to employee retention.

Gary is also an active member in his community by serving on the Board of Directors for the Early Childhood Center at George School and he recently finished a term on the board for One Simple Wish, a charitable organization helping foster children. He is also currently serving in positions on various committees within the Princeton Chamber of Commerce and the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce.

Gary is a graduate of Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT. He currently resides in Washington Crossing, PA.
