The purpose of the telephone collection call is to collect the account, with the prime objective being to collect payment in full on that first call. The image you project over the telephone is extremely important to your success in collecting the account and is also important to the success and reputation of your collection company. In this seminar you will hear about the attributes of a successful collector, understanding the creditor/debtor relationship and some tips of the trade.
