What’s New in AI Technology in Commercial Collections

This session will discuss the latest updates in AI Technology and how it is being deployed in commercial collections.  It will cover data and consumer engagement, robotic process automation (RPA), generative AI, and conversational AI, and how it is being used by companies, vendors, and consumers.  This session will also provide recent updates to state legislation on AI technology so that companies can implement this technology safely and compliantly.

Speaker: Heath Morgan -Martin Golden Lyons Watts Morgan, PLLC

Keynote: Inspiring Generational Leadership

Human capital is the prime source of business value, driving the imperative to design a culture that inspires younger generations. Businesses that attract, retain and engage the best talent provides a benefit to employees and ownership. It creates a better workplace for employees and ultimately their families, their customers and the community the business is in; it creates a virtuous circle! A healthy corporate culture often leads to higher profitability and makes the company more resilient during times of crisis.

Today’s keynote and mini workshop were designed to increase awareness of field-proven practices and systems that foster an empowering corporate culture of mentorship and employee development.

Speaker: DeLinda Forsythe

Hot Topics in Commercial Collections
This popular session will close the IACC Conference. Rather than presenting a formal educational program, Valerie and Randy will moderate an open discussion among the attendees. Did any of the presentations raise questions that there was not enough time to answer? Are you mulling over some of the information you received and wondering what next steps to take? These Moderators will lead a discussion among the attendees on the issues presented by the conference speakers, including legislation (existing or pending) and artificial intelligence.

Moderators: Randy Frazee – Barr Credit Services
Valerie Ingold – Commercial Collection Corporation NY
